Talent Acquisition Specialist
Join Myntro as our Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a key role in building the teams that shape our future.
At Myntro, Talent Acquisition is not about high-volume recruitment. It is about making thoughtful hiring decisions, building strong teams, and creating a recruitment experience where both candidates and hiring managers succeed.
About the Role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an important part in attracting and hiring the people who will help us take the next step.
You will be our dedicated recruitment partner, owning recruitment processes from first brief to signed offer. You will primarily support recruitment across the Nordics, while also supporting our other European markets when needed. You'll work with a varied mix of roles, including IT, Legal, specialist and selected leadership positions, as well as roles within our core operations. The role is hands-on and independent, with a strong focus on quality, structure and close partnership with the business.
This is a full-time, 12-month temporary assignment with a planned start in October 2026.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to signed offer.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and support strong hiring decisions.
Applying a structured, competence-based, and data-informed approach to selection and assessment.
Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Proactively identifying and sourcing talent through relevant channels.
Building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, such as events, career fairs, and campaigns.
Collaborating with HR, Marketing and Communications to showcase Myntro's culture, people and career opportunities.
Continuously improving recruitment processes, ways of working and candidate experience.
This position reports to the Chief HR Officer and works closely with the Director Talent Management, HR Business Partners and the Group Communications & Marketing team. You will be based at Myntro's headquarters in central Gothenburg as part of the Group HR team.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment and understands the impact great hiring has on an organisation. You are confident in running recruitment processes independently, while also knowing that strong hiring decisions are made in close collaboration with the business.
You are likely described by others as structured, reliable, collaborative and pragmatic. You get things done, but you do not cut corners. You care about quality, candidate experience and helping the business make well-informed hiring decisions.
To thrive in this role, you likely:
Have solid experience in Talent Acquisition.
Are comfortable owning recruitment processes from start to finish.
Have experience working with structured, competence-based interviews and assessment methods.
Enjoy building relationships and partnering with hiring managers.
Have experience sourcing and engaging candidates through different channels.
Can manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously without compromising quality.
Take ownership of your work and enjoy working independently.
Have experience with employer branding activities.
Are fluent in Swedish and English.
It is a strong advantage if you have experience from banking, finance, credit, fintech or another regulated environment. Experience recruiting across different role types, such as IT, Legal, specialist, leadership or operational roles, is also valuable.
What We Offer
A central role in a company going through an exciting transformation.
A broad recruitment scope across the Nordics, with opportunities to support other European markets.
A high level of ownership in an independent specialist role.
The chance to contribute to employer branding and talent attraction.
A modern headquarters in Gothenburg with friendly colleagues, good energy and, yes, two kinds of coffee machines.
At Myntro, you will step into a role with a clear mandate, close access to decision-makers and the opportunity to contribute during an important phase of our journey.
